About Me

In June of 2016, I stumbled across a video where someone claimed Isaiah 11:6 had been changed supernaturally to "wolf". I've always known it to say "the lion shall lay down with the lamb", but I looked up the verse in my 1964 Thompson's Chain-Reference King James Version. To my utter shock and horror, I saw "the wolf also shall dwell with the lamb". Since then, I've been made aware of countless other changes to God's Word, and I've started this blog to journal the changes as best I can. Its my prayer that God will use it to open someone's eyes and steer them away from deception.

How did this happen? I've heard of the "Mandela Effect" theory and the idea that demons are using "quantum" or "D wave" technology through CERN, but we can only speculate. God is allowing this for His own reasons.

Amos 8: 11-12 says "Behold, the days come saith the LORD GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD: And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it." (KJV)

Were these verses in Amos affected by the changes? I wasn't familiar with this particular passage before June of 2016, so I do not know. When I come across a passage that I'm not familiar with, I compare the printed Bibles of different translations with the translations available online, and I have come across many changes that way. The online KJV translation of these verses in Amos are identical to the ones in my Thompson's Chain Reference Bible, but that doesn't mean a word or two hasn't been altered, for the changes have touched our printed Bibles, and the KJV is the version most affected.

As a note on my background, I've been studying and reading God's Word for over twenty years and have many verses memorized. I am mostly familiar with KJV, NASB, and NIV translations.
